A Conversation with Maytha Alhassan

Tuesday, April 26th at 6pm - 8pm

In reflection of America's current climate of systemic inequalities, social injustice, and Islamophobia, we invited Provost Fellow Maytha Alhassen to discuss the intersectionality of race, religion and solidarity. Students and community members performed spoken word poetry narrating experiences in relation to these topics on campus and in the community.
